 • Delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing, depending on your location.

 • International Shipping:

 • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within Cyprus.

2. Shipping Costs

 • Orders within Cyprus:

 • Free shipping for all orders within Cyprus.

3. Payment on Delivery

 • We offer the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment option for all orders.

 • You can pay in cash to the delivery driver when your order arrives at your address.

4. Order Refusal

 • If you decide to refuse the goods after they have been delivered, a 5 € fee will be charged for the return of the items. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 • The return fee helps cover the cost of delivery and order handling.

5. Order Processing

 • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.

 • If there are any issues with your order (e.g., out-of-stock items), we will notify you via phone or email.

6. Delivery Areas

 • We deliver to most regions in Cyprus. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

 • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
