Refund policy

Return Conditions: You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it if:

The item has not been worn, damaged, or used.

All tags and original packaging are intact.

Non-returnable Items:

Underwear, swimwear, and personalised items are not eligible for return.

Send the item back to the provided address (return shipping costs are covered by the customer).

Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
